Who will care for my parent?
Your parent is cared for by awake caregivers and medication technicians who are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not on call. Americana Seniors of Davison is a small, locally owned community of never more than 40 residents, led by our Executive Director, Amanda Kipke.
Meet Amanda Kipke, our Executive Director
Amanda is dedicated to providing extraordinary care to seniors and finds fulfillment in improving their quality of life. Her career began as a CNA, advancing to various roles including EMT and Medical Coordinator. She is passionate about senior care, dedicated to improving their quality of life, and finds immense fulfillment in serving the residents she loves.
Who else is on the care team?
Kristine Racknor
Operations Manager
Kristine has been working with seniors and individuals with special needs since 2019. Whether she’s been in the kitchen making nutritious meals or providing one-on-one personal care, you can be sure your loved one receives phenomenal care.
Craig Scott
External Marketing Director
Craig has more than seven years in senior living and over two decades in professional sales, and represents Americana of Davison for Synergy Senior Management. His connection here is personal: Americana is the community he chose for his own mother when she needed assisted living. Born in Akron and raised in Grand Blanc, he has deep roots across the Flint and Davison area, and he believes in treating people every day with dignity, kindness and respect.
Terisanne Prevett (Trish)
Activities Director
Terisanne Prevett “Trish” has had the wonderful privilege of working with the senior community in both skilled and assisted living for over 26 years. It has been a very fulfilling and wonderful opportunity to provide various recreational programs to many senior citizens. Whether you hear her contagious laugh or notice the dinosaur in the corner, you will see a connection with each person in the room.

Does the community provide 24/7 caregiver support?
Yes. Americana Seniors of Davison has awake caregivers on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They aren’t on call; they’re in the building and awake overnight.
Does the community offer different levels of care?
Yes. We offer four levels of care, and they’re adjusted as a resident’s needs go up or down, so your parent gets, and pays for, the support they actually need.
